Quickly took care of my vehicle I had come in for an oil change and a check up on a leaky tire and was quickly taken care of. However, my low air Pressure Alert came on again and I I had come in for an oil change and a check up on a leaky tire and was quickly taken care of. However, my low air Pressure Alert came on again and I had to air up three times within a week. I called Lee, and stopped back by Route 66. They checked the tire again, pulled out the nail, and quickly had me on my way at no charge! It was extremely thankful because I had a lot to do that day. When I’m there, I have a comfortable sitting area where I can get a coffee & be productive, but not until I swing by & say hi to Randy C. who has sold us ALL our vehicles! More

I said yes and they had it ready to go, not long after we arrived. They are knowledgeable, curteous, and friendly. And... Don Hardcastle had excellent customer service skills with a good memory to boot. More

Could not get to overheat. They contacted Dodge dealership and said it was thermostat and housing assembly. Roughly $50 part. Dropped of Friday 12:30 wasn't ready until following Wednesday. Total $716 due to "labor intensive" replacement of thermostat housing. Total BS. Will NOT buy another American car in my lifetime and certainly not from this dealer. They also put me in a huge Silverado gas guzzling loaner that I did not like. More

Made an appointment to have them check out the brakes, which I was told that it would take a couple of hours to assess the problem. I dropped off my truck at 11 am and told them that they could change my oil as well. At 4:30pm, I called the service department since I had not heard from them. I was told to hold on, he would go check it out. Remained on hold for about 15 minutes before he came back on the phone and told me that they were very busy but he had gotten my truck up to the front of the line to be looked at the next morning. I told him that was not the deal and I would come get it, which is exactly what I did. He did offer to set me up with a loaner. When I got there to pick up my truck, he told me that they were extremely busy and he had checked on my truck 3 or 4 times during the day. I found that hard to believe, No apology, just handed me the bill for the oil change and told where to go pay for it. It is really pretty simple, Do what you say you are going to do. It is upsetting that I made an appointment to have my brakes checked out. I told him when I made the appointment I would not leave my truck there for more than a day. He told me, no problem, they would do it in 2 phases, a couple of hours to find the problem, then a 2nd phase where if they had to order the parts, I could bring it back and have it repaired. That did not happen. More
