Cost of doing business When your dealership contacts a customer for reg maintenance. They need to inform the customer of the cost for that service. Also there should be a detail given to the auto for bringing it back to Route 66 for service. $55 is high for oil change and rotation. There is no incentive for bringing the auto to Route 66 when other dealers at least detail it before they return it to the customer. Also checking the fluids on said auto should be automatically included. More

Recall The whole process was not professional. First loaner car tags was expired, first desk girl and eddie having a uncomfortable disagree in front of me. W The whole process was not professional. Eddie just left really didnt explain to me what was done. I had to ask about the recall part. More
