Repair did not fix the problem I was told what the problem was and agreed to the repair. The repair did not fix my problem. Now I have spent $1,500 for repairs that I did not need f I was told what the problem was and agreed to the repair. The repair did not fix my problem. Now I have spent $1,500 for repairs that I did not need for the problem that I reported wrong with my truck. Now I am waiting for another phone call to tell me what the repair will cost this time. Hopefully you will make adjustments to the total cost of repairs. More

Clueless I dropped off my SS for an oil change and new wipers at approximately 1:30 on Saturday, November 2. I agreed to also have the engine air filter and ca I dropped off my SS for an oil change and new wipers at approximately 1:30 on Saturday, November 2. I agreed to also have the engine air filter and cabin filter replaced. I was assured the work would be complete by closing time, 4PM. I showed up at 3:45 and was told the filters and wiper blades were not delivered so only the oil change was performed. As I was standing there O'Reilly showed up with the parts. Your parts man said, "Take them back. The customer doesn't want to wait". What? didn't say anything about not wanting to wait. But since no one at Route 66 seemed to have the slightest desire to work past 4, the O'Reilly guy took the parts back and I got incomplete service. The service rep told me to come back to have the filters and wipers replaced. Really? Come back? I am going to inconvenience myself to make a second trip because no one at Route 66 seems to care about customer satisfaction? I bought this car there (when it was Jim Norton) but living in south Tulsa don't need the hassle of having you service my car when South Pointe is so much more convenient and customer-friendly. And, finally, one might think that the service rep would have thrown me a bone by discounting, or even comping, the oil change as a way of showing that Route 66 at least cared about the poor optics of the whole episode. But, no. Did he said he'd give me a break on the price if I DID come back for the filters and wipers? No. Everyone couldn't wait to put the CLOSED sign on the front door. Textbook demo on how to alienate customers. Well-done. More

Stop trying to get me to buy a new car!! I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I barely got out of the vehicle before someone was trying to get me to buy a new car. I specifically told them to not even try, i was not interested but they still wasted paper and left trash in my car about trading in. Every time I come there for routine service you try to get me to buy a new one. I was never pestered about it when this was Jim Glover. I will not be buying a new car from you guys. I would have given this a lot higher rating if it wasnt for being pestered every time. The service guy (Jodi) that worked on my car was great and helpful, so thank you to him. More
