I bought a 2025 Chevy 2500 pick up, finance manager Hal smith sold me extended warranty, tire repair, windshield repair and gap, all to be prorated and refunded if sold or traded, 6mounth later I traded an smith sold me extended warranty, tire repair, windshield repair and gap, all to be prorated and refunded if sold or traded, 6mounth later I traded and hal sent me paperwork to fill out and was supposed to get refund of $6400 and Chang. But have been getting the run around for four months now between Jim Norton and Bank of America both pointing fingers at each other and both refusing to help me find out where my money is. Neither will talk to me and I have turned to a lawyer to get what’s do. DO NOT TRUST HAL SMITH!!!!!! More
