I was really impressed with his knowledge of Cars and he took time to find out what we wanted, not just what he wanted to sell us.. When I was looking to trade in my 10 year old Pickup I of course went to see Dan and what he could do for me.. Even though it took about 2 months of visiting Jim Norton's lot and Website Dan never once called me to pressure me into buying the wrong truck.. One of the best days of our lives! We were so happy to finally get approved on a car that was officially under us!
