My experience working with Scot Kik and Jim Norton Chevy was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scot listened to us and asked questions to really understand what we needed and what we liked. He was the best car buying experience I've ever had. He was genuine in his communication with us and never tried to "sell" us something we didn't want to buy. Scot worked until he found us the deal that fit us perfectly. The staff handling the details of the deal were impressive. The finance office was equally impressive. On a side note, the service department did some work for me on my previous vehicle (one purchased from a different dealership). The front-line service associates were so helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and were transparent listing all of the options and costs. I highly recommend working with this dealership and I very highly recommend working with Scot Kik. More

This has been the worst experience i have ever had in a car dealership without exception. Amber and Shawn Hammond and the entire finance/accounting dept has not been helpful in any way with getting us a si car dealership without exception. Amber and Shawn Hammond and the entire finance/accounting dept has not been helpful in any way with getting us a signed title letter. we have been asking for a signed title letter to show the vehicle was paid off by the dealership so we could obtain our title from the state. We have called so many times and emailed without any help on this very simple task. our vehicle was paid for in cash. I will be in contact with the General manager and Vice president about the complete failure to take care of a customer after the sale. This has been going on for over a year. More
