The most dishonest sales practices I have ever seen in a lifetime of car buying. (Not to mention the worst trade-in quotes.)I went in to buy a car and agreed to a price. Shook hands. Signed the sales form w lifetime of car buying. (Not to mention the worst trade-in quotes.)I went in to buy a car and agreed to a price. Shook hands. Signed the sales form with the price offered. The salesman's manager signed the sales form While filling out the paperwork, the sales manager sits down and we're having a pleasant conversation, and then he says, by the way, we can't sell the car at that price. Have to charke $1000 more. xxx? Awful. Stay away. More

My wife bought a new 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from you earlier this year. The sales experience was a fairly good one and not unpleasant at all. Twice since she bought the Jeep she has taken i from you earlier this year. The sales experience was a fairly good one and not unpleasant at all. Twice since she bought the Jeep she has taken it in for service. The first time when she got home it leaked oil all over the garage floor. I pulled the tray or engine guard off below the engine, (four bolts) and found that the only thing not done correctly was to clean up the spilled oil. My wife called the service manager and the lady really was not interested and stated that they do not and will not pull the tray under the engine (4 bolts) to clean up the oil that is spilled Yesterday, June 28th my wife again took her Jeep in for service and asked the service manager if he would please ensure they cleaned up any spilled oil. He explained that they do the best they can but will not and can not remove the tray under the engien (4 bolts) Once again when I got home there was oil spots on my garage floor. I removed the tray under the engine (four bolts and two of them do not have to come completely out) and cleaned up the oil mess from draining the oil. I guess I am not so upset about having to clean up the oil after your mechanics changed the oil but more so the indifferent attitude of the two service managers and acting like my wife was expecting too much for not wanting oil all over the garage floor. Today, I went to the Toyota dealer next door to you and asked the service manager if they could change the oil and filter on my wifes Jeep. No problem was the response. I also asked if they would pull the tray under the engine (four bolts) and he again said no problem as they do it all the time on other vehicles. I do not expect anyone at your dealership or even Chrysler Jeep that you lost a customer. I only wish that I would have known just how lousy your customer service was prior to purchasing the vehicle.
