We have purchased 2 new Kias from Jim Marsh and got great deals on both. The price was right and we had used their service department and were really impressed. However the last time we called to make an appointment we were told it would be 3 weeks to get in for service. This has never happened before in the 9 years we have been going there. So don't know if they are short on techs or just cutting back but it's not good from the customer standpoint. More

I had a brake job done on my Kia Sorento on May 17 2022 paid over $600 to have them not tighten lug nuts on front wheels jeopardizing safety. Long story short, my daughter drove from Las Vegas to Los Ange paid over $600 to have them not tighten lug nuts on front wheels jeopardizing safety. Long story short, my daughter drove from Las Vegas to Los Angeles with wheels about to come off. They only have 5 lugs on each wheel with 4 of them on the front wheels not tightened, a tragic/fatal accident could have occurred.
