We called the dealership 3 times before going in for a test drive. When we showed up, they said the vehicle was on the lot but they couldn't find it. This after earlier in the day, their Internet Manager test drive. When we showed up, they said the vehicle was on the lot but they couldn't find it. This after earlier in the day, their Internet Manager Cheryl Rucks assured me the car was there and ready to test drive. After trying to convince us to buy a new car (we were there for a used one)..."what if we make the monthly payments fit your budget," Magic the salesperson tried to dupe us. As if total price doesn't matter at all. Just string it out for longer payments and pay more in interests. Does this work on people? It must or they wouldn't try it. This place should be shut down, I cannot imagine working for a business this unethical. I have no doubt that car was never there and they were just trying to get us on the lot to work their voodoo "magic" by Magic the salesman. Be very leery of this place...what a joke of a dealership!
