Car purchase We worked with Sal and Arsenio. Both were very professional. They worked hard to resolve issues with the Voice recognition which had been password sec We worked with Sal and Arsenio. The service said that I was stuck without the use of the Bluetooth, as there is no way to by pass the password security. I called Mitsubishi Help who gave me the protocol for deleting the previous owner's password. I took them 5 minutes to give me the information. Sal, Arsenio and I went to my vehicle and in two minutes had the password cancelled More
