The last time I was in a Jim Marsh dealership was back in 1961 when my parents new Rambler station wagon quit blowing cold air in Vegas in July. We went the the Jim Marsh Rambler dealership on Boulder Highway and they fixed it quickly and got us back on the road again enjoying air conditioning. It is good to know that Jim Marsh is giving the same good service now! More

He does whatever it takes to make me feel important and the team fixes anything and everything without any problems. Todd is an amazing asset to Jim Marsh Kia and because of him I drive out of my way just to make sure he is my service guy. After owning BMWs for 17 years including an M6, I am blown away by the value of my Optima and the level of service I receive from Todd and the Kia team. Thank you! More
The service dept. is great!!! Service is great. Prompt, professional, comfortable waiting area. Only problem is with car wash, they leave water spots on vehicle, and in this heat, Service is great. Test drove a couple cars. Found one I liked.. Did the numbers. Financing. I love the show room. The antiques. I actually finished the book cases around the fireplace 15 years ago when Mr.Marsh first opened that showroom. You just don't feel like your in a car showroom. All the people working there are positive happy people. The Marsh family. I see it. Anyway then the engine light came on called talked to a few people there. Was referred to Bobette. She said bring in when the lights on. I did. She said she'd call later. She called early afternoon. Says it's fixed . The keys will be in the sales dept till 9:00. Came and picked it up no bill. No Respect I will admit they were very nice and seemed very honest at first, the day of the sale everything is always good. It's what happen after is when you se I will admit they were very nice and seemed very honest at first, the day of the sale everything is always good. It's what happen after is when you see peoples true colors. I originally went in to support my wife in buying her a new car, which did not work out. They insisted on me trying to get a new car and guaranteed that they could get me into one even though I was not looking for one. I am currently working on my credit and I was very upfront and honest about my situation but they insisted. They also Guaranteed that they are not like any other dealership, once they get you a deal and you drive off they never call you to return the car or reverse the deal. They assured this never happens and just continued to fill my family with what turned out to be false hope. So of course the opposite happen. After having the car for almost 2 weeks they called me in to say they had a great offer for me and to come in right away because it needed to be done that day. So I come in and they tell me that they could not get the deal to go through and they could not come up with a reason as to why. They originally tried to blame me, the person who did not ask for a deal in the first place, and accused me of giving them a different salary amount then what I actually made. I asked them to show me the paperwork and they could not, and advised they had no idea as to why this happen. OK, things happen and I can understand that. They just were not upfront about it, and then tried to blame me and then did not care to even try to work anything out or nothing at all. The way it was handled was so disrespectful and humiliating. I even recieved a congratulations call, I recieved a thank you letter and survey from them and I recieved another letter stating they have 3 days left in the month and will do any and everything to get me in a car. Which was wierd because I just bought one. I don't see how they can be great and friendly and learn about someones family and situation and then after you make your sell treat them like dirt. It was probably one of the worst experiences i have ever been through. Dont get me wrong, I understand me not getting approved was my fault and me having to work on my credit. Which ius why I did not want to try to get a car in the first place. Its the way i was handled and treated during and after was disrespectful and will stick with me for life. I dont like putting bad reviews on anyone but this experience effected me and my family and I felt I had to share my experience. More
