Do Go Here... Especially the service department!!! It's been a few months since this has happened and I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review. First, let me start by saying they are rea It's been a few months since this has happened and I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review. First, let me start by saying they are really great in the sales department, but do not take your car in for service. This is were I went all wrong. First, I set in the lobby for two hours to get a simple oil change. I wasn't too mad because I understand it can take a long time and they are busy on Saturdays. About 4 days later (while I was driving to work on the interstate) the oil all came out and my car and it broke down. According to the tow truck driver the engine most likely seized up and this is why it broke down. I called and talked to Jim Marsh and they told me to bring it in for them to look at. The guy at the counter told me that they needed to replace the whole engine because of what happened. Apparently, someone didn't put the oil plug in properly and all the oil came out leaving nothing in the car. Fast forwarded a few days later and they told me that's not the case and wanted to just fix the engine. I argued and stated I wanted a new one with no resolution. I was given the car back with them "fixing" it. Days later it turned out the car is still leaking oil and they are refusing to fix it saying it's residue from the car being fixed. Just to state it's still leaking as of this day. Which means I am going to have to come out of pocket to fix this. I am at the point where I want to seek legal action. All I wanted was my brand new car fixed. It's a shame. I bought a 2017, so I wouldn't need to deal with this and look at me... I'm dealing with it. I said when I bought my car that they have a lifelong customer because I am so impressed. Well this is far from the case. Please save yourself and don't do business with them. Kia's are great..just don't get one from them. And please do NOT let them do any kind of service on it. More
