Great none stress car buying I have not purchase from this dealer but had servicing done. The sales staff is great and did not pressure me at all. Ray was great! I drove a 2012 Kia Rio for 7 years with not one problem. My catalytic converter needed to be replaced & it wasn’t worth it so I decided to buy a new c I drove a 2012 Kia Rio for 7 years with not one problem. My catalytic converter needed to be replaced & it wasn’t worth it so I decided to buy a new car. My boyfriend and i went into the dealership knowing what I wanted & was greeted by a very kind man, Ray. Ray was great! Helpful, listened & answered all of my questions. The finance manager Sean & customer service rep Mike, also great! Everyone else? Horrible. I overheard many employees, mostly from what i could tell, upper management, be extremely rude to Ray in front of us. Verbally pushed him around in a very unprofessional manner & made me feel very uncomfortable. At one point an employee Carlos was talking to me specifically about finances. Ray was a part of the conversation & directed a comment to both my boyfriend and i about things we were comfortable with in the payment plan. I was buying the car but i value my boyfriend’s opinion. We share a lot of financial responsibility. Carlos cut in and made a VERY rude comment about how i was the one buying the car. It made me very angry & I cut him off & basically said to be quiet. My boyfriend left to grab my car title that I left at the house. Carlos made awkward small talk about his DJ business for a good 20 min that made me very uncomfortable. I tried to be nice but I kept texting my boyfriend telling him to hurry up. Ray was amazing but the negative experience I got from the rest of the employees outweigh my experience. I won’t be buying my next Kia from that dealership. Love my 2019 Kia Forte though!! Haha More
