Integrity and Honest Cindy Weaver is my rep in the service department , and I came in after living in emergency rooms and Hospital rooms with my wife Charlette Vaughn. Nee Cindy Weaver is my rep in the service department , and I came in after living in emergency rooms and Hospital rooms with my wife Charlette Vaughn. Needless to say I am a mess and stressed. Charli has a tumor in her chest pressing on her heart. I need my car serviced and to get back to the hospital. Cindy made that happen and was very understanding, I could not have expected such an excellent experience in such a trying moment. We bring our car to Jim Marsh KIA because of Todd’s knowledge, professionalism and help on maintaining our 2014 Sorento. On this visit we had normal service performed (oil change, etc ,), alignment check and front end alignment, tire rotation, coolant replacement and other service items. We have 83,000+ miles and ALL maintenance has been done at Jim Marsh KIA and this is due to the excellence of Todd G. Todd follows up to keep the customer informed whether we are waiting for service to be completed or we return home while it is being done. More
