She offered a very competitive offer and that, along with a "Holiday Special Offer" email from Kelly brought me in for a test drive. At that time I was introduced to Lester and Sam who were both top notch professionals! Everything was moving quickly and smoothly until the (MOD/GM?) told me that he would not honor the email offer that I brought in (although it was VERY clear and specific in its offering).
