In one word I would discribe lester as a man of INTEGRITY, thank you my husband loves his truck and the price was fair. #2 in the last few weeks I have purchased 2 used vehicels from jim marsh kia,. The second one was for myself, a dodge caravan. again Lester was a man of his word and went out of his way to solve minor problems to make sure I was 100% happy , this time was a little different, I decided to purchase a warranty, i know alll about them. I tried to explain to the finance man that he was charging far more than he needed or had to but he refused to lower it. so THAT is my only negitive thing i have to say, DONT GET THE WARRANTY, IT IS WAY OVER PRICED.
