The first was a truck, Lester was our sales rep and I must say that at the age of 60+yrs i do not appreciate the car sales game. I let lester know that and had absolutely best sales experience you could imagine. In one word I would discribe lester as a man of INTEGRITY, thank you my husband loves his truck and the price was fair. #2 in the last few weeks I have purchased 2 used vehicels from jim marsh kia,. The second one was for myself, a dodge caravan. again Lester was a man of his word and went out of his way to solve minor problems to make sure I was 100% happy , this time was a little different, I decided to purchase a warranty, i know alll about them. I tried to explain to the finance man that he was charging far more than he needed or had to but he refused to lower it. so THAT is my only negitive thing i have to say, DONT GET THE WARRANTY, IT IS WAY OVER PRICED. More

Thank you Jim Marsh We arrived at the dealership on Saturday July 6th and was met by Saleman Senator Ray. He was very eager to help us and was very kind. We chose a 2019 We arrived at the dealership on Saturday July 6th and was met by Saleman Senator Ray. He was very eager to help us and was very kind. We chose a 2019 Kia Soul to replace the lease on our 2015 Kia Optima. The Sales Mgr, Carlos who completely turned us negative as we couldn't agree on a monthly payment. We left upset but on Monday Morning Jim Marsh contacted us, we agreed and took ownership on July 13th. More
