My greatest car buying experience ever! I moved recently from California. Naturally, this is my first car purchase experience in Nevada. I am amazed and grateful with the friendliness and transparency at this dealershop. Everyone I had dealt with is straight up and absolutely top notched. Starting with Kelly, the internet manager, she gave me a price that I felt was fair. When my wife and I came in, Mike Phelps was readied to help. Mike helped me with the paperwork and gave me a fair trade in value for my truck. Finally, Sean finalized our deal. He is very honest and presented us wiith options on warranty and was not "pushy" at all. Being in sales for over 30 years, I could definitely appreciate the honesty approach. I took his advise on a 10 year/100,000 miles warrantly because i felt it is importantly and the 'price is fair. ,ZzOverrall, I had the best car buying experience ever and I will definitely tell my friend. This visit to the dealership was to replace a part in the front airbag, though it was not a recall. We work only with Todd Gerstenberger, Service Manager, because of his professional service. What I do not understand is why Todd’s name is not listed on next session if employees we worked. The Service Manager is a very key piece to customer service. We will not take our in for service if Todd is off that day for some reason. The Customer Service rated below is based on my intersection with Todd. Your feedback request is based on the sales department and you seem to ignore the service department. The Service Department remains to be the major source of interaction with the dealership and can have a large influence on future decisions in purchasing a car and from what dealership. More
