This visit to the dealership was to replace a part in the front airbag, though it was not a recall. We work only with Todd Gerstenberger, Service Manager, because of his professional service. What I do not understand is why Todd’s name is not listed on next session if employees we worked. The Service Manager is a very key piece to customer service. We will not take our in for service if Todd is off that day for some reason. The Customer Service rated below is based on my intersection with Todd. Your feedback request is based on the sales department and you seem to ignore the service department. The Service Department remains to be the major source of interaction with the dealership and can have a large influence on future decisions in purchasing a car and from what dealership. More
