Starting with Kelly, the internet manager, she gave me a price that I felt was fair. When my wife and I came in, Mike Phelps was readied to help. Mike helped me with the paperwork and gave me a fair trade in value for my truck. Finally, Sean finalized our deal. He is very honest and presented us wiith options on warranty and was not "pushy" at all. Being in sales for over 30 years, I could definitely appreciate the honesty approach.
