My transaction was prompt and not drawn out. I like that. Roger was patient in helping find a car to fit my budget. And walked me through all the details on the functions inside the vehicle. I spoke to her way back in 2014 but I wasn't ready to purchase then but was interested in Jim Marshal KIA deals back then. Attia in the financial dept. Was very persuasive in warranty and it put me out of my budget. I signed for the Express program but I when I left and drove a couple of miles up, I turned around to go remove the Express program with Attia because it really isnt in my budget and I was all ready at my spending max. He wasn't there when I went back in. "I was like, I just left! That was fast" and I told the floor members that I didn't want the program and wanted off my monthly payment. So he is off today they said but I can call tomorrow which will be 5/29/2020. When that Express warranty is off my record I will feel alot better, less stressed. Sal was whom did the numbers for me to get me and them to come to the right numbers of agreement for the car loan. I was satisfied with the outcome. Thank you all for your kindness and support. More
