Car makers have stepped up their game big time over the last 10 years as far as the cars themselves, but the service side is where most of them fall short. We have had vehicles we loved that we simply will not buy again because of the experience from the service department. Not with Todd at Jim Marsh! He always keep me informed on what is going on with my vehicle while it’s in for service. Very honest and he is one of the main reasons when my wife’s lease is up on her Durango we will be going with Kia for our second vehicle as well. Thank you again Todd for making things so easy!
