the service was excellent but the billing I think was incorrect. I had a coupon for oil change for $24.95 but I wanted Synthetic oil. Johnathan Bias said no problem it would be extra and we will deduct t incorrect. I had a coupon for oil change for $24.95 but I wanted Synthetic oil. GREAT but when I checked the bill more accurately when I got home I discovered they only gave me credit for $16.00 and not $24.95 the full value of the coupon which he said would be done. I think this should be corrected or an explanation why the coupon was not honored for its full value!
