We had excellent service. I do think I could have saved about $2000 by using carmax or carvana but that was my choice. The only confusion I have is that a friend bought a new Kia and received free oil chan about $2000 by using carmax or carvana but that was my choice. The only confusion I have is that a friend bought a new Kia and received free oil change and checkups during the warranty period. Mini and BMW did that for me in the past. It would have been a nice gesture at least for the first 3 oil changes or check ups. More
I had an appointment and was promptly greeted. Everyone was friendly and taking the proper safety precautions. The show room floor is comfortable and the dealership had what I was looking for. First of all, I hate buying cars. But Ozzie and Sal made it painless. I appreciate their willingness to make sure things were good and what they did to follow through for me. I was having a brake issue that was clearly a safety issue. I tried to get my previous dealer service, Findlay, to help me get it diagnosed and they would not commit to looking at the car until 2/13/21 issue. I tried to get my previous dealer service, Findlay, to help me get it diagnosed and they would not commit to looking at the car until 2/13/21 and gave very little concern for my safety. I knew this was going to be a problem for me so I took a chance and called Jim Marsh Kia. Both, Blair Pickett and Connor, were very concerned about my description about the braking issue I was having and told me that if I could get my vehicle to their shop, they would commit to diagnosing the problem even if they could not get to it right away. I was perfectly okay with the commitment from them to, at least, look at it. On Friday morning, I had my insurance company tow the car to Jim Marsh. Within a few hours, I got a call from Connor and he told me that they have found the problem and that they could fix it by Monday, 2/1/21. On Monday morning, I got a call from Connor who said that the car was ready for pick up. I cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with a company that cares about obtaining and keeping customers. I did not anticipate the high level of service that I received but I can say with much certainty that they have my business in the future. More
I had travelled from Cancun Mexico for the day to purchase a car from Jim Marsh. As I entered the office Ron Cash greeted me and invited me to sit down at his desk and he then mentioned to me that h purchase a car from Jim Marsh. As I entered the office Ron Cash greeted me and invited me to sit down at his desk and he then mentioned to me that he was fully aware of my situation and needs as he had spoken to Julio Lopez as I was in contact with Julio 2 weeks prior to my arrival. Cash was fully aware that I was in Vegas for just few hours and returning to Cancun the same evening and my time was very valuable. From early stages of my meeting with Cash I felt very comfortable with him unlike with most other sales staff where they apply pressure tactics to sell you a car I was in this business before and know the back shop and tactics used. We begin test driving the two models that I had in mind and during test drive I become confident in Cash knowledge and professionalism and realized that he also had my interest in mind and listened to my needs specifically to what I liked to see in a car and off course be within my budget. Upon completion of test drive Cash presented me with the actual price of both models with assistance of Sal. At that time I needed to take a break and therefore I requested to leave and assured Cash that I would return within a couple of hours. As I took a break I also proceeded to visit two nearby dealers for product comparison. Soon at the other dealers i realized that not only the other cars where comparable but most important how the other salespersons where trying to pressure me into finalizing the purchase without any consideration of my needs and therefore I had made a decision to return to Jim Marsh. Upon my arrival back to Jim Marsh Cash was waiting for me and I immediately informed him of my desire to purchase the Seltos SX. He then indicated to me that the process would be easy, seamless and would take a short period of time. Once again Cash demonstrated his abilities on considering the client need during the sales process and in fact he came through with exactly what he said. At last prior to my departure he requested to introduce me to Mr. Jim Marsh which was in the lobby and what a pleasant gentleman he is and I truly enjoyed meeting him and realized that Mr. Marsh as leader of his organization had such great employee like cash. In summary I would if I could give a higher star rating than 5 to Cash I would do it without any hesitation and would definitely send direct referral to him. In closing please feel free to use this rating for Cash or to other clients as needed Thank you so much for such pleasant experience and I hope to see all in the near future. Best Regards Michael More
