Ok 1 Big problem with JIM MARCH KIA ! I asked several times not to run my credit more then once. I went in to ask why they said just trying to find the best rate.You would think that a dealership of this size would know which bank will give the best rate but apparently not. Our experience at Jim Marsh was excellent. Great customer service. Gino was our sales rep and he was friendly and very knowledgeable and played no games. We were at another Kia dealership before heading there ( Centennial was way too far for us ), my husband called, spoke to Julio, he was already impressed with Julio, then Wesley, We headed there for a chanc Centennial was way too far for us ), my husband called, spoke to Julio, he was already impressed with Julio, then Wesley, We headed there for a chance of comparing deals. We were impressed of their office, It doesn't feel like you're in a dealership, It's like being inside an old Casino . We loved their decoration and collection, since my husband is into the same thing, we felt comfortable. Chris met us and took care of us,he was awesome ! He was easy to talk to and very friendly.. Chris gave us the options based on what we told him, Arsenio helped us in the final dealings, he sealed the deal. We are very happy with our new car and didn't regret traveling that far. I'm also impressed that I'm still getting calls and emails from everyone after the sale, it's a 5 star quality of service. We found our new family in that dealership. Thank you to everyone. More

I brought a new Kia Seltos. I drove it to Mississippi where I am establishing my new residence. Ron “Cash” Twist was the salesman in the transaction. We was absolutely great to deal with.
