I’ve been going to Jim Marsh KIA for years with my last two KIA’s and I’ve always received excellent service. Went in during their "Sales Event". They made us wait 5 hours and we told them we were leaving. They said they could put me in a new car and lower my payment. Did neither--payment was same as what I pay n hours and we told them we were leaving. They said they could put me in a new car and lower my payment. Did neither--payment was same as what I pay now. My car has very low milage and he would not show me what the trade-in value was they were giving me. So I chose not to do it. Second - recall notice - made appt and had to cancel due to family emergency. Called for 2 months to get another appt. (talked to Jim Marsh himself about the service dept. NOT calling me back. Finally got car in past Tuesday. Did 2 recalls and I left. Came home and went right in house. Next day, I went out to go to doctor's appt. and noticed a scratch on my passenger side mirror from back bottom all the way to front. I called and they had me bring it in and looked at it. The service person is rude and egotistical and told me he'd call me because he had to look at their video tapes to see if it happened there. Over a week later, no call from him either way. It was not on the car when I took it in and we have never had issues at our residence of auto damage. My sister's vehicle sits right next to mine and her's wasn't touched. So I am left to have this repaired myself. Between the issue with trading car and their sales dept. I will NOT go back to this dealership. If my car needs service for a recall, etc. I will go to another Kia Dealer in my area. I plan on writing a letter detailing all of this to Jim Marsh - it is his dealership and he needs to know this. This was not the first time the service person was rude and treated me like an idiot. Done with this place. More
