I was pleased with the customer care until it came time to figure out a price. I had studied their inventory online and had a pretty good idea how much their market adjustments were. I understand reasonab to figure out a price. I had studied their inventory online and had a pretty good idea how much their market adjustments were. I understand reasonable market adjustments and I'm okay with that. But as we talked price, the market adjustment doubled. Anyone who I think is fishing to see how much they can get out of me, loses all credibility. I've done my homework. I said I would think about it. As I was leaving, all of a sudden, the price went down. If they can offer me a lower price as I'm leaving, they should offer me the same as I walk in. Now, someone else will get my business. More

They sold as a broken car, they said 100 covered to get it fix. We don't have a vehicle or loaner as of today. No one calls us back to see how things are going. Any authorized dealer they said.
