Refused to take credit car payment over the phone from my son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted my time, and now will be requiring me to come back tomorrow if that service writer is back. All of this for a repair that should have been covered under the Kia engine recall anyway More
