Refused to take credit car payment over the phone from my son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted my time, and now will be requiring me to come back tomorrow if that service writer is back.
