The sales team employed aggressive, high-pressure tactics to push me into running my credit, claiming they’d “just take a peek” to explore options. This felt manipulative, especially since I was clear about needing a car due to urgent circumstances.The pricing was far from transparent. The vehicle’s cost was inflated with excessive, undisclosed fees that were only revealed late in the process, making the deal feel deceptive. When I asked for critical details about the lease—such as the interest rate, loan term, money factor, and depreciation value—the staff dodged my questions or provided vague responses, leaving me unable to make an informed decision.It’s evident that this dealership takes advantage of customers’ trust and urgency, using slick tactics to obscure costs and terms. I fell for their approach due to my inexperience, but I strongly advise others to avoid Jim Marsh Kia. Look for a dealership that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and respect for customers. Refused to take credit car payment over the phone from my son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted my time, and now will be requiring me to come back tomorrow if that service writer is back. All of this for a repair that should have been covered under the Kia engine recall anyway More
