Both cars are still going strong with 0 problems besides the usual and normal wear and tear of components that degrade over time. A major reason for these cars doing well is because of the exceptional care, and attention that we have received from Peter Peloquin. He is very knowledgeable about the brand, the intricate details behind the mechanics of both cars and is accurate in his assessment on the service needed. Now, we understand that dealerships service vehicles at a premium. However, one cannot put a $ amount on trust. We trust Peter and so have no issues paying a bit extra for the services. Our two cars are still on the road and are an envy to many around us - yup! Infiniti makes reliable vehicles - all one needs to do is follow proper maintenance procedures/schedules. Thanks Peter and the Lupient Service Staff for the help over the years. More

Long story short, after bringing my 2014 q50 in for service for warranty issues. I gave a survey about my experience I received from Infiniti corporate. It was not a good survey score they received, actually 138 out of 1000 to be exact from what Chad Hanley, who supposedly likelikes to identify himself as the service manager when his business card states "assistant service mangager" wow lying employees. I contacted Lupient corporate about how poor of experience I have had at the dealer for service. Chad then told me my car was done and even admitted one of my issues with the car was better on his q50 but refused to perform any work and decided to ban me from the dealership. When asked who made the decision, he said he did. Wow, didn't even consulte upper management about banning me. I am now dealing with Infiniti consumer affairs. This dealership should be shut down. I will tell every single person I talk to, to not visit this dealership or do any business. Also watch out they may tamper with your email address you provide so they don't receive a bad survey. This store needs to be out of business. More
Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue. Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue that I am having (even though it was just barely out of warranty), had the Service department l Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue that I am having (even though it was just barely out of warranty), had the Service department logged our interactions regarding an issue with the interior paint coverings peeling off. Even worse they said they still would cover it had Lupient Infiniti logged this issue. I guess it was more important for the service rep to try and get $1000+ in service and parts from me than try to work on behalf of the customer. Thanks for dropping the ball guys. More
After running around with insurance I called over to the dealership and I mentioned that I got into a accident and had a few scratches. The minute I got there Lisa was there to greet me and they looked at my car and said they could fix it right then and there. I watched as they revamped my car along with Jarad into looking brand new and stayed longer than they needed to. Some reviews can seem cheesey but this is one is the truth. There is no better team of genuwine people who care about their customers like they do. Thank you guys so much for everything you do. More

I had purchased my vehicle elsewhere, only because I wanted an Italian brand that the Lupient family does not carry. But that doesn’t mean I had to forgo the all the peace of mind that the Lupient team wanted an Italian brand that the Lupient family does not carry. But that doesn’t mean I had to forgo the all the peace of mind that the Lupient team has to offer. Sure, any dealer can sell you an overpriced temporary wax job finish protection. But I wanted the same protection that the people at Boeing, Gulstream, even the President of the United States depend upon. That is why I went with the Cilajet protection package. Cathy Crupi, the Lupient Infiniti business manager, even showed me the video from “Jay Leno’s Garage”, where Jay Leno can’t say enough about the product. I figure if the Cilajet protection package is good enough for Jay Leno’s rare multi $100,000.00 classics, its good enough for my little baby. Baseball season is upon us, and if you want triple-play protection, I recommend that you play with the Cilajet product, Kathy Crupi, and the Lupient Infiniti team! More
Recently Peter helped me with tires on my G37 Sport Coupe. I was so impressed I had him do likewise on our Acura! He truly is an exceptional problem solver and a delight to deal with. Every experience we have with Connie is excellent. Connie and this Infiniti dealership offer great service - better than any other dealership -- and we've been die-hard Toyota owners. We were late for o and this Infiniti dealership offer great service - better than any other dealership -- and we've been die-hard Toyota owners. We were late for our 90,000 mile maintenance, but early for the 120,000 mile check. Although the service would have cost $900, Connie called to point out that we would have been duplicating services that we really didn't need yet. Instead she recommended some of the basics, and then bringing it back for the full treatment at 120,000 miles. When has a car dealership ever talked you OUT of ANY service that was unneccesary? I was so impressed - but then I always am by Connie and everyone we've dealt with at this dealership. Connie always returns calls when she says she will, and usually everything is delivered early! More
i been to many dealers( Lexus of wayzata, and Acura) and just because i wasn't wearing a tuxedo, they didnt even bother in helping me instead gave me a weird look like if i didn't have any money. But lupient infiniti was a whole new experience, for the first time i been to a dealer I was treat as somebody really important even though i'm not. All the staff really knows how to treat people, no matter if you wear a tux or not. Steve Savitt was very helpful and helped me through the whole process of fixing my car. I really want to thank all the staff of lupient Infiniti keep up the good work and the way you treat your customers. More
