Jim Keras Nissan

Took my 2010 Nissan Sentra in for maintence work. I was told to have the vehicle there at 7:30 am and I notified them that I had to be at work at 8 am. I was late getting to work due to them. They had aske told to have the vehicle there at 7:30 am and I notified them that I had to be at work at 8 am. I was late getting to work due to them. They had asked if I wanted a free car wash and I said yes but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it had not been washed. They offered to run it through tht wash and all I wanted was my vehicle so I could get back to work. They were unconcerned that due to them I was late for work in the morning. I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. I will take my car to another dealer for future work and spend my money elsewhere. More
