1. Make sure the car has enough gas in it for you to take more than a 4-7 mile test ride so you don’t have to turn right back around. 2. See if they put the correct gas in the car such as PREMIUM instead o more than a 4-7 mile test ride so you don’t have to turn right back around. 2. See if they put the correct gas in the car such as PREMIUM instead of REGULAR ( they put regular in all their cars as I was told) 3. See if you can test drive it on the highway so you can get a true feel for the car and the brakes 4. Check passenger seats and make sure they adjust. I didn’t find out mine didn’t work because my sales representative was hovering over me 5. Ask them if the car has the right BATTERY because apparently my car didn’t have the correct one in it 6. If a service light come on ask what’s at the main issues or diagnostic because they will bullsh*t you and just say they’re waiting on parts, where there might be something else too. 7. Ask them if any issues happens within the first few days or week with in having the car will they help you with a rental. Because even though they have “a hundred plus cars” like I was told, I was stuck without a rental or vehicle at all and was told by the general manager (Anthony)that I would have to go half with the owner if i needed a rental. 8. DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN TOO LOOK instead of someone who work at their shop (the shop is certified not the mechanics). I took my car to Firestone and was told I had a head gasket leak right after they fixed it. Before you hand over a check or pay them MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS 100% like they tell you it’s gonna be when you pick it up. You’re not “waiting for parts” for no reason. 1. Ask them if the car had an oil change and if they say “yes” ask for where they placed the sticker at because mine didn’t have one even though they told me my car oil has been change and I should see the the sticker on my front window. But there wasn’t. 2. Make sure you LIFT THE HOOD and check the car fluids because mine didn’t have any in it CAUSING MY ENGINE TO SEIZE UP in the middle of the road. But I was told my car was going to be 100% when I pick it up 3. This sounds silly but if you don’t see the car battery under the hood ask where it’s at just in case of an “emergency” like I ran into. And my battery was in my trunk but the service manager( Dave) argued me down about the battery is under the hood. 4. Make sure to test drive the car again before giving away your hard own money 5. If the sales representative tells you good luck just ask for your refund back right then and there you might have issues with the car a couple days later. UPDATE: After finally getting my car back after weeks. I finally had a chance to take my car to Firestone and of course the 30 warranty had just passed and I find out that I have a HEAD GASKET LEAKE to the ENGINE they just replaced. And I was told it would be a 6-9,000 job and these crooks trust me to bring my vehicle back and get it fixed for future repairs. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IF YOU GOT THIS FAR. and if you do waste your money with these people GET THE WARRANTY More

I needed an everyday "beater" that was reliable and I needed an everyday "beater" that was reliable and wouldn't break the bank so I went on Capitol Ones pre approved finance page and Jim Juliani was I needed an everyday "beater" that was reliable and wouldn't break the bank so I went on Capitol Ones pre approved finance page and Jim Juliani was one of 3 area recommendations. I found a 2010 Ford Edge Limited and gave them a call. I started dealing with Dave Petruzziello and he made the whole process painless. I looked the car over and noticed a few things you'd expect on a used car but didnt mention them because the car needed to go through their inspection and service. When I went to pick the car up it had new tires, a new battery, an oil change and service, it was detailed as well as some trim pieces replaced that I would have never noticed. The car is alot nicer than what I would consider a "beater !" I waited 30 days to post this and see if there were any issues and there isnt a single problem with the car, I love it. Everyone there was professional, accomodating and alot easier to deal with over past dealerships I have been to. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. More
I had the opportunity to work with salesman Joe Halloran on the purchase of my Subaru CrossTrex. His patience, knowledge and understanding made this such a great and fun experience. Make sure to know cars well before you buy and don't be deceived by how clean or nice the car looks. These people were so friendly, took a drive in a nice 2008 Honda Pilot seemed great in mint condition- deceived by how clean or nice the car looks. These people were so friendly, took a drive in a nice 2008 Honda Pilot seemed great in mint condition- thought someone took really good care of the car and pushed all work done at the Honda dealership one owner- blah blah blah We have had this car for 5 months- needed a new alternator- tires rotated, and the giant kicker our timing belt blew and now we are looking at 3500-5000 in repairs not including the 350 we spent for alternator. We bought the "Continental Gold" warranty- that was suggested. Covers nothing. This car did have 120 thousand miles- but they also pushed their 150 point spot check- more Bs- a week later when someone finally used passenger door we noticed the broken door knob- and sticky spilt soda in center console. We went to them since financial hard times during covid and they took full advantage of it. We are now stuck with an 9000 dollar car loan a broken car that needs a lot of work just so we can owe more than it is worth. So 1. Don't be fooled by how nice the staff are. 2. If you buy their warranty buy the first one Continental- starting with Engine and all major parts. Don't be fool by Continental gold that leads you to think it better. 3. Understand fully what your down payment is going towards. 4. If it has high miles- as the service guy told me when I call about my dissapointment- "you should have known it would have needed repairs)" 5.know they have not replaced xxxx on the car. 6- sale rep Mitch-" I wouldn't recommend the any of the other warranty other than Continental" Oh and the last sleazy selling point from Mitch. The prior manager use to sell garbage cars- and the complaints were always coming in. We now pride ourselves on selling good reliable cars. Yea yea yeah. BS. Thank god I was in my car alone with out my child and going up hill not down when all power was lost- that seriously could have caused serious injury or even death. If you are selling a car at 120 thousand miles an extra 5-700 spot checking- fee of car parts services and you know the timing belt hasn't been changed at 100 thousand miles- don't school me and tell me I should have had it changed. Do your do diligence that you charge for and not put people at risk. Don't trust these people More
