Best Experience Ever!! I recently traded in my Tacoma for a 2007 Rav 4. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an Auto Dealership. A week or so after I had I recently traded in my Tacoma for a 2007 Rav 4. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an Auto Dealership. A week or so after I had the Rav 4, I noticed it was idling roughly when I would stop at a red light. It was getting worse by the day. I decided to just drop by Jim Hudson Toyota and see if they could tell me what was wrong. In about 15 min, the service advisor came to get me and tell me they fixed the problem. I didn't owe a thing! I'm very happy with past service I had with my Tacoma also. They are always prompt and courteous! If I buy another car, it will definitely be at Jim Hudson. More

Great Customer Service !!! I brought my Highlander in to have my spare tire switched out with the regular tire. Chris had me in and out within 30 minutes and even checked to mak I brought my Highlander in to have my spare tire switched out with the regular tire. Chris had me in and out within 30 minutes and even checked to make sure my check air pressure light had been reset. Chris is always so friendly and helpful. He is by far one of your best employees. I found my truck online on cars.com and reached out to the dealership via email after 5pm for one of their "hassle free" quotes. I was expecting that I would get a call that I needed to come in or give them my social security number, blood type or something crazy, just to get a "hassle free" quote, but I was surprised to get an email within an hour from Randy Creech with exactly that- a true hassle free quote. Add a star for that one. There was only one picture online and when I requested to see more, I got them emailed to me the next day from Millard Jones and he was very attentive via email. Then I drive down from Greenville to Columbia to check out the truck after work. I arrive and the truck is clean, detailed, and waiting for me. I went on a Tuesday evening and got their around 6. It was a quiet evening at the dealership and it was nice having the place essentially to ourselves but it is such a large and nice dealership, I imagine it would feel like that even at its busiest days. I mean they even have a cafe and movie theater?!?! I was connected with Michael Hart to finalize the sale. I already had my financing in place and I was EXTREMELY grateful that Michael nor the finance guy pressured me to get financing through them. They were very professional and respectful. This has not been the case any other time I have bought a new vehicle from a dealership. Two months after buying my 2006 Toyota Tacoma and I haven't had a problem with it. It is a nice truck. The truck had been inspected at Jim Hudson by their mechanics and for peace of mind, I took it to my local mechanic in Greenville and everything checked out fine. I only received one key and keyless entry fob when I bought the truck. I realize that an older, used vehicle may not come with all of the keys. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call a month after purchasing the vehicle to be told that they had found another key for my vehicle and were sending it in the mail to me. Now that is customer service! This may be a long review, but I really can't say enough about this solid car buying experience. Jim Hudson Toyota just earned a customer for life. More

Got a new car for FREE! While enjoying coffee and cookies, the sales manager approached and said "What if we can send you out in a new Prius V with nothing out of pocket, and While enjoying coffee and cookies, the sales manager approached and said "What if we can send you out in a new Prius V with nothing out of pocket, and make your monthly payments go down?" And that's exactly what he did. Took my 2012 Prius V, which was in for 50,000 mile service (and in bad need of tires), and put me in a new one with same equipment (loaded) and 4 miles on it, just for signing the paperwork. Nothing down, 0% interest, first payment due in 2 months, payment same as it was. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I get at Jim Hudson. This is my third Prius. Put 140,000 miles on the first one. ~200,000 miles total! More

What a suprising service for a car dealership. We were very pleased and it ended up only taking 1.5 hrs...with a complimentary car wash and inspection! More
