Had the dreaded timing belt change. Chris Tudor was great. We spoke prior to dropping it off, and he handled the rest. Service experience 3/19/15 was exceptional. Everyone was professional and courteous. The mechanic did a great job on the tear down of the engine. His ability was prove 3/19/15 was exceptional. Everyone was professional and courteous. The mechanic did a great job on the tear down of the engine. His ability was prove the next day. My family and I took a trip to Raleigh. We encountered 3 major accidents. There was constant stop and go for over 3 hours. The 4 Runner took it in stride. It ran perfectly and showed no signs of oil leakage. This is the reason we continue to use Jim Hudson for service since moving here in 2010. A personal thank you to Jim Hudson. More

Incredible Service! Mr. Keane and the service/tech staff made my visit perfect! Even though I didn't have an appointment, I dropped by in hopes of getting my oil changed.
