On the Road Again I had my car towed into the Service Department. Chris Tudor saw me get out of the tow truck and came outside to see what was wrong. He immediately g I had my car towed into the Service Department. Chris Tudor saw me get out of the tow truck and came outside to see what was wrong. He immediately got it into the shop and had a technician look at it. It turned out to be just a blown fuse and Chris had me on the road about an hour later. Great customer service! More

Honest, professional service. I stopped in for a quick oil change and the service staff finished in less time than estimated. I knew that I had a recall pending and told them that I stopped in for a quick oil change and the service staff finished in less time than estimated. I knew that I had a recall pending and told them that another dealership wouldn't fix the recall until I had an expensive repair completed. The JH staff couldn't believe it, told me that the repair had nothing to do with the recall, and said that they would take care of it. Gotta love these guys. More
