Disgusting organization. I think Robert Y (GM) really believes these cars sell themselves. He said “if you don’t like the dealer options, I will sell this car to someone else I think Robert Y (GM) really believes these cars sell themselves. He said “if you don’t like the dealer options, I will sell this car to someone else in 5 minutes”. Absolutely terrible sales staff and if you ask for new sales person they will refuse to sell you a car even if you have a deposit down and have waited 6 months. Don’t believe they care about customers at all. Will also make inappropriate comments about your credit scores and then stand behind them as ok. Still don’t have my deposit back it’s been a week since they told me “we don’t want to do business with you”. I sat waiting for my car for 6 months. They refused to sell me the car on the last day of the year (tax implications) after SIX MONTHS. I just found out my “sales consultant” was actually just a delivery specialist. Explains why I had to chase him around for months trying to get the car purchased and gave me incorrect information about the car. Most unprofessional organization I have ever experienced. More
