I found my car searching online on Sunday. I reached out to Terry first thing Monday morning to see if this car was still available. Terry was recommended by my sales guy at Jim Hudson Cadilla I reached out to Terry first thing Monday morning to see if this car was still available. Terry was recommended by my sales guy at Jim Hudson Cadillac Columbia. Due to being at work and not being able to take calls. Texting was the best form of communication for me. Not only did Terry respond in a timely manner. He also made a video of the car and sent it to me. I drove up to Columbia Wednesday morning to purchase the car. Due to having to drive 1.5 hours to and from Columbia. Terry offered to have my car delivered to my home which made this car buying experience even better. Terry also had me to meet Alex Wilson who help me set up my car features with my phone. Terry gave exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend him. More
