Finding my Lexus RX was easy. Everyone was nice as pie the day I found it.,I was paying cash for the car . The day I went in to get the car Scott didn’t want to give details on the price and kept shufflin the day I found it.,I was paying cash for the car . The day I went in to get the car Scott didn’t want to give details on the price and kept shuffling the numbers around to benift him. I have worked in dealerships before, I know all the games after 30 plus years. I kept asking about warranties and what was covered . I kept getting half assed answers., I was pressured into initialing the paper that I was taught how to use the accessories on the car. Everyone was wanting to leave to go to the Guitar Pull. I get to the finance office and was hit with all the warranties available. If I would have know before hand I could have been prepared to pay the extra money! I was given a paper to fill out by Scott to fill out on how my service was. He told me if it was bad, he would not turn it in, he wasn’t that stupid. This was absolutely uncalled for. When I am purchasing a luxury vehicle, I do not expect to have to listen to this and him telling me about someone loosing their bonus because they received a bad rating. Bryan the tech hooked everything up to my husbands cell phone because I wasn’t moving fast enough. He explained some of the items on my RX. After getting home, we could not get my phone take the information. I called Lexus and the girl said the account was in his phone and that was that. I called Bryan, no answer and mailbox was full. I sent a text, told him I would be in the next morning. I got there and he wasn’t there . Another technician was able to fix everything. I am praying that service gets better. I’m thinking I may regret not staying with Audi. Time will tell. As of now, I am not impressed with sales or service so far. I hope your company will change my mind. More

My wife and I made a 300 mile round trip to purchase a vehicle which I had been assured was still for sale and on the lot late Saturday afternoon. Upon our arrival the vehicle was not there and it took f vehicle which I had been assured was still for sale and on the lot late Saturday afternoon. It took a while, but we finally came to a deal I felt was fair. He was very patient and knowledgable . I am thrilled with my new car and can't stop looking at it. More
