Depends on 2morrow if i update stars. Not only do they believe i caused damage, but also has paid zero attention to the fact i have Prepaid luxury car maintenance up to 50k miles. Im 65 and never received a free car wash. I've always had to ask for it & pay for it. Ive paid for everything. You should also change wording on invoices from customer requested to customer agreed when we called. (when you call & say at 25k we do so&so, you want us to do that?) Go back and check all my services and see what ive been charged for that i shouldn't have been.
