The service I is received was excellent. Shane, my technician was very pleasant, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Wife went to dealership to get service work while I was temporarily out-of-town. She knows nothing about cars & authorized the repair. Was charged a ridiculous labor charge on a very quick repair. Feel lik temporarily out-of-town. She knows nothing about cars & authorized the repair. Was charged a ridiculous labor charge on a very quick repair. Feel like they totally took advantage of her lack of knowledge. I own two Fords, live 3 miles away & will never return. More

Took my used 2010 Ford Focus in for an oil changed, they found a minor oil leak anbd took care of it. Jason Crapps handled the paper work, keep me informed with what the mechanic was doing.
