I'm waiting to see if the wipers work properly now (waiting for rain). I need to follow up and see if the recalls were done. They aren't reflected in my online information. They called me throughout the process and let me know what was happening. He even gave me his personal cell number so that I could call him back between work meetings, etc. I found out I needed new tires. Wasn't a complete surprise. And went back the following Monday for those. More

I planned to work out of the complementary workstation room that has plenty of wall jacks for me to hookup my laptop etc. While they thought it might take all day or even be an overnighter, I was in at 8:30am and out at 2:30pm. Long time, true, but like I said two recalls, one major, and the scheduled service. BTW - ordered Jimmy Johns for lunch and had it delivered so I was all set just as if I was working from home. More
