Chris Weaver helped me immensely I have worked with your service advisor Chris Weaver for many years with my 2010 Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for the 120,000 mile check up. Chris I have worked with your service advisor Chris Weaver for many years with my 2010 Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for the 120,000 mile check up. Chris was great as usual. He knows that I am a retired veteran and being on a fixed income. He advised me on the items that needed immediate attention and which ones I could hold off on until next month so as not to leave me strapped for cash the rest of the month. I would feel uncomfortable having to discuss my personal financial situation with anyone us. He is and has always treated me with the greatest respect and courtesy. This visit cost me over $600 but now I feel safe knowing that I can get the next $500 completed next month. I did not feel pressured into going without having some monies left over for this month and part of next. It has saved me a considerable amount of unnecessary stress. Thank You, Michael VanDiver More
