After two and one half years of a problem, denial of a most annoying rattle within the dash by another Ford dealer and denial of warranty service rega After two and one half years of a problem, denial of a most annoying rattle within the dash by another Ford dealer and denial of warranty service regarding the issue, Service Advisor Chris Weaver carefully listened to my details of the problem and service personnel verified its existence. The vehicle is scheduled for repair tomorrow. In addition, a recall involving a latch replacement of both sliding doors (it is a Ford mini-van) was completed in one and a half hours with no damage to the vehicle or issues involving the repairs. I have been skeptical of their pricing but figured it's a little high because it's a dealer. Today I feel totally violated and ripped off. They have lost a loyal customer for good. I will not take another vehicle in for service nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them. I was totally price gouged and surprised with the bill. I have checked with other reputable repair shops and have found that I paid "Hundreds" too much. When I questioned the service agent why the parts seemed to be so outrageous all he could say was, "well there are really good parts." Please shop around and make sure you get a solid quote in writing. More
