The Sales Guy (Jim Agard) did the best he could with what was included. The sales manager (Ronnie Tyler) added upcharges for items that were installed in the factory (Wheel Liners, Spray-In Bedliners, and W was included. I had called to make an appointment to have my CarPlay looked at. I brought my car in on Monday, July 8. I was told by Shawn it would be 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Okay, I was fine with that. Thursd looked at. I brought my car in on Monday, July 8. I was told by Shawn it would be 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Okay, I was fine with that. Thursday came, no phone call. So on Friday I called Shawn. My car hadn't even been looked at yet! Why was this not told to me on Monday when I dropped it off as a possibility?!? Nothing was said about the possibility of my car not being looked at when I dropped it off. When I asked why? The answer was "we are really backed up". This wasn't known on Monday?!? I have never had a bad experience at your dealership, but this one really irks me! More

Took brand new truck in with only 300 miles for a vibration. I was told someone would call me Monday to arrange a courtesy truck while they inspected the truck.
