Never notify customer when vehicle is ready This is my second visit to the service dept and everytime i drop the truck off before i get off at 5 pm I have to call and have someone to take me to This is my second visit to the service dept and everytime i drop the truck off before i get off at 5 pm I have to call and have someone to take me to work and pick me up. (That part was great). I shouldn't have to always call to check on the status of my vehicle. Also a part had to be order and i called 4 weeks later to find out the part was in but i was never notify...not happy at all and this is my first chevy i normally drive acura vehicles. More

Still have an issue Took my car in to have brakes checked due to my brake pedal going all the way to the floor. I also mentioned that I can feel pulsing in steering wheel Took my car in to have brakes checked due to my brake pedal going all the way to the floor. I also mentioned that I can feel pulsing in steering wheel when apply brakes at speed of 50mph and above. I was called later to advise that my car was ready and my rear brakes were the problem. I got my keys, started my car and put my foot on the brakes pedal. It went down to the floor. Turned the car off and got the service writer to come take a look. He got in and did the same thing and the same thing happened. Back into the shop. Next day I was told it was ready and went down to pick it up. This time it was the master cylinder (which was just replaced about a month and a half ago). Seemed to work but brake pedal still goes down further than it should. I don't think the issue was the master cylinder. I also now have a thumping sound under my car that was never there. I took it back to dealership to see what it was and was told it was caused by brake fluid that leaked into rubber boot when brakes were bled and it would go away as it dries out. A week later and still thumping underneath! I can say Nikki was excellent! She provided us a loaner vehicle and was very sweet and courteous. Also Mike and Randy were very professional and courteous. More

Terrible service I had purchased a vehicle on a Tuesday. And turn around to buy another on Wednesday night. The second needed work done (floor manager picked up one of I had purchased a vehicle on a Tuesday. And turn around to buy another on Wednesday night. The second needed work done (floor manager picked up one of the charges, thank you). I took the second vehicle to service that same night. It was supposed to be ready on Thursday but It wasn’t done until Monday. I didn’t get no apology for them to have my vehicle for THREE EXTRA DAYS. No nothing. I was furious and the man looked and said NOTHING! Im so disappointed. More

Good service at a fair price I had called to ask the cost of a service that my car needed and then scheduled an appointment.
