I came for an oil change and multi-point inspection. During checkout I was advised that my coolant level was very low and was recommended a coolant flush. No one advised to go get some coolant to put in During checkout I was advised that my coolant level was very low and was recommended a coolant flush. No one advised to go get some coolant to put in my car until the coolant flush appointment. My car started running hot and I then realized the dealership didnt even provide a courtesy to me as a CUSTOMER to add some coolant fluid. I have NEVER went anywhere to receive an oil change and didnt have ALL fluids filled/topped off. I cant believe the dealership would let me leave without any coolant in my car nor advise me to go get some coolant until I get the coolant flush appt. The Service Center Manager ( I believe the name is Mike) was extremely rude to me and never apologized. I will never go to this dealership again although I have visited in the past. Also, I had this dealership on my list to potentially purchase a vehicle from in the next few months....that sale is officially lost...I will take my business to a different dealership and different car maintenance place. More
Kenneth Moore was amazing and went out of his way to help me get my vehicle fixed, as it broke down on my way from Greenville to Myrtle Beach. He sent me updates on my phone, had the part sent over from anot me get my vehicle fixed, as it broke down on my way from Greenville to Myrtle Beach. He sent me updates on my phone, had the part sent over from another dealership, and set up a free ride to a local restaurant while I waited for my repairs. My friend who accompanied me on this trip said the customer service was so amazing, that she would drive to your dealership to purchase her next car 🚗. She doesn't even own a Chevrolet. They have had my car for over a week after promising it to me in 24 hours - they are great when you purchase a car- not so great when you need help witht hat SAME car. I had the pleasure of getting my recall ECM fixed on my Chevrolet Malibu here last Saturday. When I walked in we were greeted promptly in the service department. We were spoke to by every employee that passed by me and my son. We were offered bottled water while we wait and even had the best free coffee in their waiting room. Me snd my son even walked to the sales center and were greeted there as well. I would purchase my next vehicle here based solely on how we were treated. I have been to several car dealerships in the past and several service centers and have never been treated as well as we were during our visit. I would highly recommend Jim Hudson on Newland rd in Columbia SC for your car needs. Thankyou for treating us do well and doing a great job at your establishment.
