Unsatisfied Customer I bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT in December 2017 that had problems "unbenouced" to me before I purchased this truck. Per Salesperson the truck I bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT in December 2017 that had problems "unbenouced" to me before I purchased this truck. Per Salesperson the truck "passed" their Inspection for Re-Sale. Original Springs had to be Replaced. Originally none of the Drivers Side doors swiitches worked. The Ride Side Folding Mirror doesnt fold inward. The Left Side Mirror doesn't Operation properly. The Tirewell Underbody is damaged. And now the XM Satellite Radio doesn't work "which was the reason for my Service visit. I was to $550. 60 to repair that. Their is also a GM Passenger Side Airbag Recall on that truck.that I've mentioned to both Sale & Service Department. I was told by Service Dept the Company that makes "those" Airbags went Out of Business. I traded a 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT to Stivers that "personally" I wish I had back. Right now I stuck with a Bad Sale from Stivers Chevrolet Clemson Road Columbia, South Carolina. More

Thanks to the help of Robert the service technician was able to work with people in the GM and Corvette division to fined a replacement part. This problem was common in the 2014-15 Corvettes. During this time we were given the use of a Malibu and we where very thankful. The sales area such as Calvin and Tony have made the purchase of other cars. In the Service and repair side Robert was very helpful in getting the part in and the car put back together. More

Diagnosed and Fixed Problem Engine light went on again. What's the matter? Oh no. Stivers Chevrolet to the rescue. Called in the a.m. on a Saturday. Problem was deterioration Engine light went on again. What's the matter? Oh no. Stivers Chevrolet to the rescue. Called in the a.m. on a Saturday. Problem was deterioration of a cap--put a new cap on. So simple, yet so important to the smooth running of the vehicle. Stivers, you asked, "Are we awesome?" Yes, you're awesome. Customer service rated 4 stars only because on other occasions with an appointment, it's a long wait. But I understand there's a lot of customers who want their vehicles serviced here. Otherwise, customer service is five stars. More
Required Maintance Oil and Tire Rotation Arrived at Dealership 8:30 for my 8:45 Appt.Checked in with the Service Advisor .Took about 45 minutes I was done. Didn't, check my invoice before I left. 2 days later I was reviewing my invoice and noticed my mileage was entered incorrectly. Went back to Dealership and and Mr. Kenneth Moore service manager said he would take care of the incorrect mileage entered. Sure enough a few days later received a letter from Dealer that all was corrected and a car fax that showed the corrected mileage. I would like to thank Mr. Kenneth Moore was the outstanding service I received. More
Would not recommend My wife and her family purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership. When they bought it the dealership offered a lifetime warranty on all mechanical My wife and her family purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership. When they bought it the dealership offered a lifetime warranty on all mechanical parts excluding wearable items. The paper work for the warranty was 5-10 pages long listing everything that the dealership would replace for free. The warranty was very expensive (!) but we decided that it sounded like a good deal. Fast forward to 2017 and it's been like pulling teeth to get the dealership to honor the warranty. The first words out of their mouths anytime we have a repair is "that isn't covered". We've had multiple occasions where they have tried to tell us that we have a different warranty than we actually do. The last time the car was in the shop they "lost" our warranty and couldn't find it. A few years ago I printed a hard copy to make it easier for them to find it. Needless to say, we feel like we're getting ripped off every time we work with their mechanics because we paid for a big ticket warranty that they don't want to honor and conveniently seem to routinely misplace. More

First Impression Is Poor I scheduled a repair for the driver side lock on my new Malibu. I arrived at 7:30 in the morning for what should have been a quick repair. I didn't leave until 3:15 (It's not policy to give out a loner vehicle unless the repair is because of a disabled vehicle). While in the waiting room, I got to hear countless guests complain about how long their repairs or oil changes were taking. I have two free oil changes, but will probably never use them. I can't afford to waste that much time. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day or what, but I intend to only use this place for warranty work. If nothing changes during that time, I'll think twice before buying a vehicle here. More
