Timely, friendly, cheerful, accommodating. Everyone was nice. When I called they answered my questions told me what to do when I get there. The courtesy person was also there I ask him if he could take me to work he said sure let me get a car. The other guy took my number and said he would call me. I walked inside to wait for the courtesy driver. Vanessa asked me if I had been taken care of and if everything was okay. My ride to work was comfortable, safe and conversational it was pleasant. Mr. Neal called me later to let me know what my car needed, the cost, and how I wanted them to proceed. When I went back to pick up my car. The young lady behind the desk was as nice as she usually is. I got my car their was a setting on my car that I had previously had and I did not know how to get it back. Mr. Neal and another guy helped me. The other guy also should me how to get the setting that I wanted and he showed me how to check some other things. Over all I had a great experience. Long wait to repair My 2018 Traverse was in the shop twice for different reasons. 1st Time the service dept had my truck for 3 days. Truck was fixed with no problem. BUT, My 2018 Traverse was in the shop twice for different reasons. 1st Time the service dept had my truck for 3 days. Truck was fixed with no problem. BUT, a few weeks after that incident, another problem with the truck. I called service to get placed on hold for 25 mins so I hung up and went to the dealer. Service had my truck for almost 2 whole months saying the part needed was on back order. Even though we had a loaner that wasn’t equipped with all the features of our truck we still had to pay on a truck we weren’t driving. More

When repairs complete I requested rather than them coming to pick me up and taking me back to dealership would it be possible to just bring my car to me. They were very kind and able to do that.
