A Process The sales consultant did their best to make sure that I was able to get something that I wanted and would be satisfied with my overall purchase. Their The sales consultant did their best to make sure that I was able to get something that I wanted and would be satisfied with my overall purchase. Their counterparts within the process were not so considerate of my time. It took 5 hours to purchase the vehicle and I am sure it would have taken longer if the consultants weren't staying on top of them. I ended up taking the vehicle back the following day to have some work done. Once again sales were accommodating and the other departments couldn't be bothered. I still have not had my new vehicle detailed and is currently driving around with the residue from the window sticker still on. I would recommend making sure customer service is valued by ALL employees. It makes the job way harder for the sale consultant. More
Poor Service! It all started the day before around 2:30. I called four times about ten minutes between each call all I got was the answering service. The next day I get to the service department and serviceman told me the wait was about two hours for a oil change and asked do I want to schedule an appointment for later today. I did, it was for 2:00 o’clock. To make a long story short, I got there and check in around 1:41 pm and didn’t get my car until 3:17 pm. Not only I’ve waited all that time. I wasn’t offered an apology and was told they no longer give a military discount. Because of your poor service I won’t visit your dealership anymore and I’ll let all of my friends active military and retirees not to patronize your business! More
