I took my Chevy Trax in on July 26 and they replaced a bad emissions sensor gasket ($745), which should have solved my problems, right?? Wrong! A few days later I almost got stranded in Atlanta because my check engine light came on, and so brought it back to the Dealer on August 14, and they kept it for another week and they replaced a faulty Turbo ($2,184.20). I got the trax back and drove it home on August 20, and the engine started doing the same thing that it has been doing since July, when I brought it in the first time!!! These guys CLEARLY don’t know what they’re doing. When I pay for a repair, I expect my car to be FIXED. So, I texted them on Friday night to see if they could help me and their response was that I needed to bring it back in on Monday, so that they can do an additional test drive, because, according to their techs, they didn’t notice any “CODES” when the engine was tested. They OBVIOUSLY didn’t actually DRIVE THIS CAR or they would have seen how it was NOT FIXED! So, I’m selling the Trax, and got HAMMERED on the appraisal; a Trax with no engine issues was appraised at 10,700 and when the buyer test drove it, they noticed there was “shifting” issues and knocked off 2,700 dollars, because they could SEE there was something wrong with it! Word of advice? DRIVE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT FIXED, OR PLAN ON LOSING VALUE WHEN YOU SELL IT! More

I had the pleasure of getting my recall ECM fixed on my Chevrolet Malibu here last Saturday. When I walked in we were greeted promptly in the service department. We were spoke to by every employee that passed by me and my son. We were offered bottled water while we wait and even had the best free coffee in their waiting room. Me snd my son even walked to the sales center and were greeted there as well. I would purchase my next vehicle here based solely on how we were treated. I have been to several car dealerships in the past and several service centers and have never been treated as well as we were during our visit. I would highly recommend Jim Hudson on Newland rd in Columbia SC for your car needs. Thankyou for treating us do well and doing a great job at your establishment. And Thankyou for fixing my car and not having to wait long at all. It was a pleasure doing business with you ! More

The service department is the worst!!!!!!!! The management down to the techs are really bad! Once you bring it to the dealers attention they still do nothing about the problem! I purchased my first car from this dealership and have been a regular customer since then with no issues. Recently had to purchase another used vehicle; I had to take it in for service 1 month after purch been a regular customer since then with no issues. Recently had to purchase another used vehicle; I had to take it in for service 1 month after purchasing. I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received. 1. I was without my car for 1wk 2. I had to call to get an update on the vehicle, at that time I was told that one of the issues had been fixed.......it wasn't because the tire sensors are still not linked properly. 3. The car still making the same noise that I originally brought it in for. 4. When the car was ready, again, I had to call to find out it was sitting in the lot. Since then, the car seems like it's vibrating/shaking if I go over a certain speed. So yes, I'm very disappointed that a 2018 car was even sold and i feel that a rush job was done and not fixed properly!! More
