Stivers Finance Department Ruined My Experience Calvin Wright was an outstanding and pleasant person to work with. He was not a high pressure salesman that has become the stereotypical symbol of the Calvin Wright was an outstanding and pleasant person to work with. He was not a high pressure salesman that has become the stereotypical symbol of the car salesmen. He was diligent in finding a vehicle with the required color, interior and features. My rating of the dealership up to this point with Calvin Wright as the face of the business was five stars. Then I had the unpleasant experience of meeting Asher from Finance. Asher from the Finance Department ruined the entire car buying experience at Stivers Chevrolet. He was completely disrespectful and condescending. He was an extremely high pressure salesman and questioned my well researched decisions in a very aggressive manner. Therefore, I cannot in good conscious recommend Shivers Chevrolet to anyone until he no longer works at the dealership. More

Slow service-never called me to pick up vehicle. My appointment was at 10am for an oil change. There was only a person there to assist customers, so I patiently waited. I was told upon checking in th My appointment was at 10am for an oil change. There was only a person there to assist customers, so I patiently waited. I was told upon checking in that it would be a little while. That wasn’t an issue since I was dropping it off. The attendant told me that they would call when my vehicle is ready. Well- 4pm comes, and I still had not received a call. I decided to call them and kept reaching the voice mail. I called the receptionist for the dealer ship, who had to go tell them that I was waiting for the status of my oil change. An attendant finally comes to the phone and he says that my car is ready and asked how long it will take me to get there because they were supposed to close up at 4!!! No one bothered to call me! I had to call them! No apologies or greetings were made, no checklist recommendations, discussions, nothing. That is bad business and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this service center. More
