Quick, easy to work with and willing to work to help you. Found a vehicle online at Stivers, called and asked 3 questions. Service My recent visit to the service department wasn’t a very good experience. I dropped off two of my vehicles for service they didn’t have any courtesy ve My recent visit to the service department wasn’t a very good experience. I dropped off two of my vehicles for service they didn’t have any courtesy vehicles available. The service advisor didn’t pay attention to what I needed done for service. I say this because I specifically told him to replace the battery in the vehicle because The vehicle had the original battery since I purchased the car from (Capitol) in 2012 and Advised the advisor you should be able to know what service was needed since all services have been completed within your establishment and. I receive a call three hours later informing me I need a battery in the vehicle at this a point I became extremely frustrated because when I dropped the I had already advised the advisor of this. When I question the advisor what else needed to be to done to the vehicle he stated he had to get back with me on this issue. I know for a fact the air conditioner is not working, the airbag service indicator light continues to turn come on and low air pressure to tire and none of these items were addressed with me and no request was made to have these items corrected. To make a long story short both of my vehicles were there all day, and nothing was done except the battery was changed assumed everything had been take care the of which is not the case at all. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicles they were unable find my paperwork Result me waiting to about closing time get my paperwork. The following day my spouse called the advisor inquiring why lights were still coming on on dashboard advisor was supposed To follow up with technicians and return call to my spouse she have still not receive a call back. Vehicle #2 I advise the advisor that the check engine light came on when I was enroute home from Tennessee the advisor told the code was the fuel pump Code and Chevy has come from corporate to address the issue. I brought this vehicle three weeks prior to the service plan they should have changed it without questions asked. It’s not like it’s a recall issue if pay for a service it need to be fixed. I don’t even know if they addressed one of the recalled items because it’s still a concern on my Chevy APP. Service department has declined significantly I have been dealing with the service department since 2005, I didn’t know why there has been such a extreme turnover rate with the personnel in the service department but there is improvement that need to happen or it’s going affect your establishment that could cause you to lose business within your establishment. More

Poor service and unwanted repair Took 24 hrs more for a service job than promised. Had issues after service. Said it was a faulty spark plug. Not able to fix car On my third trip to the dealership to fix my vehicle, the technician was not able to fix the problem. Great sales team, bad company policies I was interested in a used truck, the sales team did a great job showing the vehicle, offering multiple financing options, and working as a team to ge I was interested in a used truck, the sales team did a great job showing the vehicle, offering multiple financing options, and working as a team to get the deal done. Everyone stayed after closing time to wrap up all of the paperwork. The day after I was told to bring the truck back for detailing. After the truck was detailed it was discovered that the detailing department had broken the ceiling console. I brought this to the attention of the sales department and was told to call and schedule an appointment in order to get the truck that I just purchased fixed. I had to argue and demand that the truck get fixed the same day since it was not broken when I purchased the vehicle in order to get around Stiver’s company policy. After, the truck was taken to service and repaired. My advice would be as follows, if you have a customer that has just purchased a vehicle from you and a someone at your dealership mistakenly breaks, damages, and/or makes a mistake, just take the time to see what arrangements or fixes can be made on the spot. Sending a customer that just purchased over a $30,000+ vehicle home with a damaged product does not reflect well on your dealership. Otherwise I had a great experience and you have a phenomenal sales team. More
